All orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase on business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

We ship domestic orders over $150 with free standard shipping.

Domestic shipping is through Australia Post, and you have the option of standard or express shipping (see checkout for shipping rates).

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

New Zealand:
All orders posted to New Zealand are shipped with DHL for a flat rate of $20. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive once posted.

Rest of the world:
All international orders are shipped with DHL. Shipping costs & times are based on your zone location:

(Zone 1) Asia Pacific $22 allow 4-10 business days

(Zone 2) Americas $39 allow 7-14 business days

(Zone 3) Europe $42 allow 9-15 business days

It’s important to us that you’re completely satisfied with our products, we will gladly accept returns on all full priced items within 30 days of receipt. For returns to be accepted the products must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached. We offer credit voucher only.

Mystery Box purchases cannot be returned.

Refunds and replacements will only be issued for manufacturing faults, please note this does not include general wear and tear.

Sale items including mystery boxes can not be exchanged.

If you would like to return an item, please visit our online returns portal to request a return.

All refunds and store credits will incur a charge of $10 for the cost of the returns label. This cost will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Please note, returns for manufacturer or supplier error will be free of charge.
